Would certainly recommend this team if you’re looking for somewhere secure and reliable to rent. They are organized and communicate very well to their tenants. The building itself is great and any work that needs doing they usually communicated to you well in advance. I’ve previously rented in Sheffield and the company that ran my flat there were terrible. Very happy with these guys now.

Loved HPG, absolutely amazing managing agents. Julia Piper was really kind, friendly and efficient, getting back to all our requests promptly and delivering excellent service throughout. An engineer was sent out whenever we needed one (even for small touch-ups). When we arrived in the building, there was a welcome card and bottle of wine waiting and birthday cards sent to us both later in the year – I’d would recommend them without reservation.
As a first-time renter, I was looked after by Julia Piper and couldn’t recommend her or Holden highly enough. Julia was in close contact with me from start to finish to keep me informed and reassured of the progress of my move. Post check-in Julia has remained in contact and has helped me to resolve any questions or queries I have had. The property itself is fantastic, well decorated and modern throughout. All in all, I couldn’t be happier and I would have given Holden and Julia in particular 10 stars if it was possible!

After living in quite a few properties during my time in London, I can honestly say Holden Property Group is by far the best! Every one I’ve dealt with is very professional and shows they are keen to give the best service possible. The whole process has been fantastic – from pre reference paperwork all the way to maintenance requests and responding to other general queries. The team is very responsive and efficient with all processes. Currently going into my third-year contract with HPG and will happily go into 4th when the time comes.
